Mangere Refugee Resettlement Centre

Every year six intakes of 170 Refugees enter the Resettlement Center in Mangere, South Auckland, and Cater Plus have the task of aiding their integration into New Zealand by providing a wholesome foodservice. Each meal of the day is preparing to cater for the nutritional needs of children, teenagers, adults, pregnant and nursing women and the elderly, along with a multitude of differing dietary requirements. On average there are 16 differing nationalities in each intake, and we have found the right balance to please their palates. With our strong focus on customer service, and five meals per day, the refugees become a part of the Cater Plus family.
