Barista - Senior living, Resthaven Resthome and Café - Cambridge (Fixed term Until 30 January 2026)

40 hours per week - 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Barista to join our team at Cambridge Resthaven. Our kitchen at Resthaven on Burns caters for 135 residents across two sites, providing a full range of aged care needs including a dedicated dementia unit.

In this role we require an individual who can:
- serve beautifully crafted café style food to customers,
- operate Eftpos and POS machine with a smile,
- assist with food preparation and cleaning, must be prepared to roll up your sleeves,
- provide support for functions,
- work hard as a reliable and loyal team player who can stay cool under pressure,
- utilise great communication skills and a can-do attitude,
- enjoy working with customers and making them smile,
Experience in making and serving amazing coffee would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent communication skills and a flexible/can-do, committed attitude
- Be friendly and engaging, with a desire to be a productive and positive member of the team
- Be passionate about great service
