Catering Assistant - Asahi Beverages, Papakura

We are seeking a team player with a passion for people and great food. This is a part time role, 20-hour per week (Monday to Friday 11.00am to 3pm).

Asahi is an in-house cafeteria located at Asahi Beverages in Papakura, Auckland. This is a sole charge position taking responsibility for the café once the Site Manager has finished for the day.

We are looking for a passionate and responsible person who:

- has basic cooking/food assembly skills,
- can serve café style cabinet and hot food to customers,
- can operate Eftpos and POS machine with a smile,
- can do food preparation and cleaning,
- can provide support for functions,
- can work hard as a reliable and loyal team player who can stay cool under pressure,
- can utilise great communication skills and a can-do attitude,
- can enjoy working with customers and making them smile,
- can take responsibility for cashing and locking up, making sure the café is ready for the next day.
