We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistant to join our team at Hillview Home & Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in providing excellent service, and wants to help create enjoyable dining experiences for our residents.

About the Role:
As a Catering Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our kitchen operations by:
• Assisting with food preparation and meal service
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen organised
• Supporting the chef and wider kitchen team
• Ensuring residents receive meals presented with care and attention
• No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team that is passionate about food and delivering exceptional service.

Hours of Work:
This role operates on a rotating fortnightly roster:
• Week 1: 20.5 hours
• Week 2: 18.5 hours

The roster includes a Saturday split shift:
• 6:30am - 1:30pm
• 3:00pm - 8:00pm

Average hours are approximately 19.5 hours per week across the fortnightly roster.
