Catering Assistant (Permanent Part Time) - Ons Dorp, Auckland

o Wednesday: 2:30pm - 7:30pm (5 hours)
o Thursday: 2:30pm - 7:30pm (5 hours)
o Friday: 2:30pm - 7:30pm (5 hours)

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistant who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent food service. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone seeking part-time work with a consistent midweek roster and a great work-life balance.

You'll be part of a supportive team, helping to ensure meals are prepared and served to a high standard while creating a positive dining experience for residents and guests.

What you'll do:
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Support the kitchen team with food preparation and meal service.
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy kitchen.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Help ensure meals are presented and served to a high standard.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team while being able to work independently when required.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and good time management.
• An interest in food and hospitality.
• Previous catering, kitchen, or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
