Kerikeri Retirement Village is a charitable organisation that is home to approximately 200 people, with 66 of those living in our accredited residential care facility. This village has three levels of care within our three wings; hospital level (total care), rest home care and a wing for people with dementia.
The Role:

The ideal candidate will:
• be friendly and engaging with a flexible, committed, can-do attitude,
• support our talented chefs by keeping the kitchen clean and doing dishes,
• be able to work safely in a commercial kitchen with large hot pots and trays,
• be able to follow instructions to prepare the dining room and serve the evening meals,
• be an exceptional team player who is able to take responsibility and work unsupervised,
• have a practical understanding of New Zealand Food Control and safety regulations,
• have good time management skills.
