Chef - Rangiura Rest Home, Putāruru

About the Role:
As Chef, you will work alongside our Chef Manager to help deliver high-quality meals and exceptional food service to approximately 70 residents each day.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and cooking nutritious, high-quality meals
• Assisting with bulk meal production
• Maintaining excellent food quality and presentation standards
• Supporting menu planning and recipe preparation
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture

What we're looking for
You will ideally have:
• At least 3 years' relevant chef experience
• Experience preparing meals in a commercial kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and dietary requirements
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• A genuine passion for food and customer service
