Site Manager - Woolworths CRDC, Christchurch

• Monday to Friday | 40 Hours Per Week

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated Site Manager to lead our team at the Woolworths Christchurch Regional Distribution Centre (CRDC) in Hornby, Christchurch.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the café and food service, ensuring exceptional customer service, high food quality standards, and efficient site performance. Leading by example, you will oversee food production, customer service, compliance, administration, and team management to create a positive dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operation of the café and food service facility
• Lead, motivate, and support the site team
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
• Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and supplier relationships
• Maintain food safety, health and safety, and company compliance standards
• Monitor financial performance, including cash handling and reporting
• Build strong relationships with customers and site stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the service offering

To Be Successful You Will Have:
• Previous experience managing a café, catering operation, or food service site
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Experience with ordering, stock control, and cost management
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently
• Confidence using POS systems and administrative reporting tools
