Working independently on weekends, you'll take pride in delivering high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and creating a positive dining experience for residents and visitors alike. What you'll be doing
• Preparing, cooking, and serving wholesome, nutritious meals
• Following established menus while bringing care and consistency to every dish
• Baking and preparing sweet and savoury items
• Managing food safety, dietary requirements, and kitchen hygiene standards
• Supporting smooth kitchen operations and service delivery
• Creating a positive and welcoming dining experience for residents.

To be successful in this role you'll have:
• Previous kitchen experience in a cook, chef, or catering environment
• Confidence working independently and managing your time effectively
• An understanding of dietary requirements and food control regulations
• Experience delivering quality food and service standards
• A genuine interest in baking and preparing home-style meals
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• A reliable and hardworking approach with strong attention to detail
• A warm and friendly personality and a passion for making people's day through great food
