20 Years of Cater Plus

In April, around 50 of our people from across the country came together in Hamilton to celebrate 20 years of Cater Plus.
From humble beginnings in founder Paul Hodge’s home kitchen in Hamilton, to a team of more than 750 people operating across 100+ sites nationwide, it was a moment to reflect on just how far we’ve come together.
Paul shared reflections on the journey and was presented with a special 20th anniversary commemorative book. As he put it, “The secret has always been surrounding myself with great people. Now 750 people and over 100 sites across New Zealand. I’m incredibly proud of that.”
We also heard from Neil Moselen, COO of ISS New Zealand, who spoke about the people he’s met across our sites, the alignment of our values, and the strength of our customer relationships and frontline culture. “As the market sees what we can offer together, doors will open for all of us.”
A proud milestone, and an exciting future ahead.
