Carl’s Culinary Journey: From Apprentice to Qualified Chef

Carl began his Catering Apprenticeship nearly five years ago. Through a global pandemic and significant life events, he’s shown unwavering dedication in working towards his qualifications, and now, he’s officially completed his studies in Catering Services!

From competing in the Waikato Culinary Fare to showcasing his talents by cooking for our Senior Leadership Team in Auckland (where his Southeast Asian flavours impressed everyone!), Carl has consistently gone above and beyond. His growth in the kitchen has been just as impressive, taking on increasing responsibilities and stepping up to support his team whenever needed.

Carl, your quiet confidence, dedication, and passion for food have not gone unnoticed. We’re proud to have you as part of the Cater Plus team, and can’t wait to see what’s next for you.
