Celebrating Our People 2025 – From Kaitaia to Invercargill 💫

We recently wrapped up our internal Celebrating Our People campaign – a three-week initiative that spanned the entire country, from the Far North to the Deep South. It was our chance to pause, recognise and appreciate the incredible people behind Cater Plus.

We delivered Jaffa jars to every site as a small token of appreciation, and the response was incredible – 88 Cheers for Peers were submitted, recognising team members going above and beyond. Random acts of kindness and Senior Leadership Team site visits made it even more special, reinforcing just how valued our people are.

It was a reminder that it's our people who make the difference – every day, in every meal, and in every act of service. While the campaign may be over, the gratitude continues.
