The Great Cater Plus Bake Off 2026

Last week, we wrapped up our annual live Bake Off Final in Auckland.

What started as a way to bring our teams together across the regions and celebrate the talent across our sites has grown into a key moment on our calendar, and this year was no exception.

The level of talent, creativity, and pride on display was seriously impressive. From concept through to execution, every finalist brought something different, and the standard across the board was incredibly high.

It’s not easy stepping into that kind of environment and delivering under pressure, but our people did exactly that.

A huge congratulations to our winner, Tom, and to our finalists Amanda, Paige and Clinton. The pride, creativity, and effort that go into this competition are a great reflection of what happens across our sites every day.

What’s been just as great to see is the impact beyond the final. Ideas and recipes continue to flow back into our sites, inspiring menus, encouraging creativity, and giving our teams something to be part of outside of their day-to-day roles.

A big thank you as well to Matthew, Karl, and the wider Nestlé Professional team for their continued support in helping us grow and elevate this competition each year.

Already looking forward to what next year brings.
