Bringing vast international experience from the many shores of Cirque du Soleil, Ian spent seven years as Kitchen Manager for the traveling circus before taking on the balancing act of combining robust quality systems with the creativity to keep delighting Cater Plus clients.
Ian’s role is to expand the flexibility, innovation and personalised service of a privately-owned enterprise across the groups multiple sites to deliver consistency and can-do problem solving to every customer, including:
