Casual Catering Assistant - Operations Support, Taranaki Region

We have a rare opportunity for a passionate, adaptable, and flexible Catering assistant who enjoys the variety of working across all these sites in the region.

We are in search of a casual Catering Assistant Superstar to support all sites to cover team member when on leave and training days, so promises variety and challenge! Travel to various sites is needed so your own transport would be essential.

In this role no two days are the same – one day you are serving customers the next day you are helping with food preparation and dishes (and everything in between). To be successful you will need to love variety and be willing to do whatever needs to be done in order to make our customers smile. A willingness to be available at short notice is key for this role.

The ideal candidate will be confident in:
- Cover meal service
- Assisting with food preparation and cleaning,
- Operating Eftpos and POS machine with a smile,
- Sound Knowledge of Food safety and safe food practices
- Working hard as a reliable and loyal team player who can stay cool under pressure.
