Finance Team Member

- 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our close-knit finance team based in the Hamilton Support Office.

In this position you will be involved in:
- Day-to-day financial operations as well as financial projects, including testing.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Accounts reconciliation, general ledger administration
- Analysing financial data and reports

The successful candidate will need to:
- A minimum of three years of accounting experience
- System savvy, intermediate in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, database)
- Experience in EXO business is an advantage.
- A relevant professional qualification in accounting or finance is preferred but not essential.
- Proactive approach and can-do attitude
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Be an enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible team player willing to take on a range of tasks.
- be able to take responsibility for day-to-day tasks and meet deadlines.
- be friendly with a strong willingness to assist others and a positive service orientation
